Shreyasi H. Dalal, MD graduated with her Doctorate of Medicine in 1974 from BJMC Agemedabad, India. She went on to complete her Anesthesiology Residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin and then completed her General Practice Residency at the Ravenswood Hospital and Medical Center and the University of Illinois College of Medicine. Dr. Dalal is a member of several medical associations including the American Society of Anesthesiology, the Society of Regional Anesthesia, the Indiana State Medical Association and the Indiana Society of Anesthesiology. She holds medical licensures in both Indiana and Illinois.
