Faisal M. Rahman, PhD

Dr. Faisal M. Rahman is the founder and leader of the APAC management team. Dr. Rahman has twenty years of corporate, academic and healthcare experience. He is supported by a team of professionals with backgrounds in every aspect of healthcare operations.

• Co-founder of the APAC group of healthcare companies which includes the largest chronic pain management practice in the Midwest, ambulatory surgery center ownership and operation, practice management and healthcare consulting related to all outpatient services. APAC currently employs fourteen physicians and approximately sixty support personnel.

• Has participated in a number of diversified healthcare projects related to surgical centers operations, financial consulting and valuation analysis.

John Schuetter

• Has over twenty years experience in all aspects of surgical center operations including design, licensing, joint venture development, and administration and management services. John has designed five ambulatory surgical centers from ground-up and worked as a consultant for thirteen different surgical centers throughout the Midwest. In addition he has expertise in medical equipment purchasing, installation and maintenance.

• Served on the Board of Directors of the American Lithotripsy Society.

• Has set up and developed eight different Pain Management satellite offices in the Chicagoland region. His responsibilities include: logistics, staffing, practice development, marketing and lead management selection.
