Dmitry Novoseletsky, MD is Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. Novoseletsky received his medical degree from Vinnitsa State Medical University in 1996. He then went onto the University of Rochester in New York and served as Chief Resident. He completed his fellowship in interventional pain, spine, and musculoskeletal program at The Spine Technology and Rehabilitation Center.
Dr. Novoseletsky’s areas of clinical interest include Lumbar Radiculopathy, Spinal Stenosis, and Spinal Rehabilitation.
Dr. Novoseletsky is passionate about his work because the APAC philosophy strives to provide an evidence-based approach to spinal disorders. Working alongside board certified anesthesiologists and physiatrists provides the best practice model in non-operative spine treatment and pain management. Such a team approach allows the physicians and patients to work together to determine the best individual option for treatment. APAC will use all appropriate medications, physical medicine methods, interventional pain management techniques and knowledge in integrative medicine to assist in an individual’s management of pain.
He is a member of the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians (ASIPP), the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the Association of Academic Physiatrists.
