I wanted to formally thank you for your advice, care and treatment of my ruptured disc earlier this year. I can see how you have built an excellent practice and for the success you have worked so hard to attain. Your physicians, as well as your office, surgery and billing staff, provided the best care and service that one can expect. I was very impressed with your operations.

Although my disc pain was severe, it was diagnosed quickly and treated professionally with care and my full understanding of the steps involved. Thank you for your patience and time to educate me on my condition and treatment.

To give you a quick update since I saw you last, I am back working out regularly (with emphasis on strengthening my lower back) as well as playing racquetball and golf at my pre-rupture level. For several months after treatment, I had stiffness in my lower back but that has gradually diminished over time. The constant back pain that I had for years prior to the ruptured disc has almost gone away.

I hope that I do not need your services in the future, but I feel very comfortable know I can come to you if needed.
