Dr. King is the founding member of APAC. He completed his Anesthesiology Residency at the University of Washington, where he had the opportunity to be mentored by one of the pioneers of pain management, Dr. John Bonica. Dr. King has directed acute and chronic pain services at major hospitals and surgery centers for over 30 years. He is Board Certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Management.
Dr. Chang is the Chief Medical Officer of APAC. He specializes in pain management and interventional spine procedures. He received his Medical Degree and completed his Anesthesiology Residency and Pain Fellowship training at Rush University Medical Center. He is a member of the American Academy of Pain Management (AAPM), the American Pain Society (APS), and the International Spine Intervention Society. Dr. Chang has been an established pain management physician in Chicago for over 25 years. He is Board Certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Management.
Dr. Hagle is Board Certified in Anesthesiology and Board Certified in Pain Management. He graduated from Missouri School of Medicine and completed Fellowships in Anesthesia and Pain Management at Rush University Medical Center. He is a member of the American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine (ASRA). Dr. Hagle’s primary interests are in back and neck pain, peripheral neuropathy, and a multidisciplinary approach to pain management specializing in interventional spine procedures.
Dr. Unger is a pain management specialist board certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. He specializes in interventional pain procedures, evaluation and treatment of various musculoskeletal conditions, electro-diagnostic studies (EMG) & medication management. Dr. Unger has been involved in research studies at the Cleveland Clinic & completed his residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Loyola University Medical Center, Chicago. During his training, he received the prestigious Loyola Magis Ribbon, awarded for exemplary patient care. He is a Member of the American Academy of PM&R and the Association of Academic Physiatrists.
Dr. Morker specializes and is board eligible in Anesthesiology and Pain Management. He completed his Pain Management
fellowship at John H. Stroger Hospital and his Anesthesiology residency at Rush
University in Chicago. Dr. Morker earned his medical degree from Midwestern
University. He is a member of the
American Medical Association, American Society of Anesthesiologists, and
American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians.
Dr. Dalal has more than 30 years of clinical experience, specializing in Anesthesiology. She completed her residency at Ravenswood Hospital Chicago and further medical education and training at Medical College of Wisconsin, after having earned her medical degree from Gujarat University in India. Dr. Dalal is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists.
Dr. Vallabhaneni is board certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. His interest in musculoskeletal medicine focuses on an integrative approach to treating a patient’s pain through a combination of both interventional procedures and achieving functional gain through various forms of rehabilitation. Dr. Vallabhaneni completed his residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at SUNY Upstate Medical University. He subsequently completed an Interventional Spine & Sports Medicine Fellowship at Alabama Orthopedic, Spine & Sports Medicine Associates. Dr. Vallabhaneni is a member of both the American Academy of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and the International Spine Interventional Society.
Dr. Rowin is Board Certified in Neurology and Neuromuscular Medicine from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She also holds diplomate status with the American Board of Integrative and Holistic Medicine. She is a graduate from Northwestern Feinberg School of Medicine and completed her residency and her fellowship at Rush University Medical School. Dr. Rowin’s focus at APAC is on integrative and functional medicine relating to Neurological and autoimmune disorders. She specializes in Neuromuscular medicine, chronic pain, as well as medical acupuncture for a wide range of chronic conditions.
Dr. Mafee is Board Certified form the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology/ABPN diplomat. She also holds diplomate status with the American Board of Integrative and Holistic Medicine/ABIHM. She is a graduate of the Rush University Medical School and completed her residency training at the University of Iowa. She did her fellowship at University of Illinois at Chicago. Her focus at APAC is on integrative and functional medicine relating to Neurological disorders, chronic pain and headaches, as well as medical acupuncture for a wide range of chronic conditions.
